“EPCO BUILDERS LIMITED” was established in 1977 as ‘General Building Contractors’. Over the years, EPCO BUILDERS LIMITED has been fully engaged and has successfully completed a wide range of ‘Construction Projects’ in the field of ‘Building Construction’ and ‘Civil Engineering Works’

Our objective at EPCO is to provide ‘Quality Services’ to our clients effectively & efficiently to their satisfaction. EPCO is also well equipped with Automatic Plants, Machinery as well as ‘Quality Management Systems’

Our in house manufacturing of ‘Products’ for use in our projects enables us to offer a competitive price to the clients, giving an edge over other contractors in the market.

We have 18 Godowns measuring 42m x 12m each, allowing adequate space for production and storage of materials.

Our ‘Carpentry Workshop’ is equipped with necessary ‘Wood Working Machines’ and we produce all type of ‘Timber Products’ like Doors, Frames, Beadings, Racks, Cupboards, Skirting, Curtain Boxes, Cornice, Furniture etc. The workshop is also equipped with a 12.6m long and 1.5m diameter ‘Tanalith Treatment Plant’ for chemical treatment of timber, which allows us to cure timber of lengths up 12m. 

Welding and Sheet metal works are done in our ‘Steel Fabrication Workshop’ having Welding, Drilling, Grinding and Cutting Machines with enough skilled Technicians & Workers.

We also have ‘Re-Bar Workshop’ having three set of electrically driven ‘Cutting and Bending’ machines. We maintain sufficient stock of all Types & Sizes of ‘Reinforcement Steel Bars’ and are cut & bent as per requirement from various sites in and around Nairobi and will be transported to the sites as per the work schedule.

We have another ‘Yard’ along Mombassa Road which is about two and half acres where we store cement, sand, aggregate, cement castings timber etc. There we have installed one Automatic & two Semi Automatic ‘Batching Plants’ for concrete mixing. The ready mix is transported to the site using ‘Transit Mixers’ which are eight in number with 6 cu m capacity each.

We also manufacture wide range of ‘Pre-cast Cement Products’ such as Slabs, Building Blocks, Concrete Pipes, Road Kerbs, and Manhole covers etc.

The company continues to expand and is currently in the process of putting up  more ‘Block Making Machines’ and one more automatic ‘Batching Plant’ from Italy. We had two ‘Tower Cranes’ of different capacities and recently we have imported another two new ‘Tower Cranes’ which are portable and remote controlled.

We have an office and storage facilities in Mombassa also.
